研究方向
针对复杂疾病微环境特点和药物递送需求,基于分子工程学手段,构建精准靶向、高效蓄积、深部穿透、刺激响应的递药系统,实现药物按需递释、微环境重塑和多靶点治疗,并评价生物学效应,研究药物递送规律,揭示递药系统与疾病微环境的对话机制,最终为疾病个性化治疗提供可行手段和可靠递药策略。
